Admission
Any individual with lung disease may enter the program through a physician referral. Studies which must be completed prior to entering the program include:
- History and physical examination.
- Lung Function Studies (PFTs)
- EKG
- Chest X-ray
- Arterial blood gas
- Complete blood count (CBC)
Insurance Coverage
The Pulmonary Rehab staff can assist you in verifying your insurance coverage.
