Leadership Team

Thank you for taking a moment to get to know our leadership team.  Combined, we have over 63 years of service to The Village at Heritage Point’s residents, families and staff.  Every day provides each of us with countless opportunities to make a difference in the lives of those who live and work here.  We are proud of our community, the memories we have and the future we are creating together.

Daphne Schreiber
Executive Director

Ms. Schreiber began her career at The Village at Heritage Point in January 1999, six months before its scheduled opening in July 1999.  She has a degree in Health Planning and Administration from Penn State University.  Ms. Schreiber is a Certified Aging Services Professional and a graduate of the 2010 Leading Age Leadership Academy.  Before coming to The Village, Daphne worked in various administrative, planning and marketing capacities in state government, a major tertiary care hospital, and a very large academic medical center.

Ms. Schreiber loves coming to work every day to serve the residents and staff at The Village at Heritage Point.  She looks at each interaction with a resident, family member, visitor or staff member as an opportunity to become a better community

Daphne is married and has two grown sons.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and loves exercising, current events and playing bridge.

Chef Nader Tehrani
Director of Dining Services

Chef Tehrani brought his culinary talents to The Village in July 2007.  He is a native of Iran and came to the United States in 1979 to attend WVU.  While in school, he worked at local restaurants, eventually securing a position at Lakeview Resort.  Chef Tehrani worked his way up to Executive Chef at Lakeview, where he remained until 1998. From 1998 until 2007, he served as the Executive Chef and Director of Food Services at The Pines Country Club.

Chef Tehrani enjoys every day of his job here because he gets the opportunity to talk to residents and receive their feedback.  He finds this job gratifying because he gets to do what he loves and the residents appreciate it and let him know if things do not meet their expectations.  He feels fortunate to be capable of doing something that gives him a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment.

In his spare time, Chef Tehrani tries to keep fit by walking, playing racquetball and spending time outdoors kayaking or bicycling. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, his son and his daughter.

Director of Environmental Services

Mr. Rosko joined The Village at Heritage Point just prior to its opening in 1999.  Prior to coming to The Village, Mr. Rosko trained in all aspects of maintenance and housekeeping and spent 18 years managing facilities at various schools.  He has extensive training and education in building construction, HVAC certification, roofing and all types of boilers, EMT certification, asbestos removal, and written specifications for roof installations, and pavement resurfacing.  For Mr. Rosko, the most rewarding part of the job is working to find a solution to the residents’ problems. In his spare time, Mr. Rosko enjoys reading and spending time with his wife.

Rebecca Burton,

Ms. Burton came to The Village at Heritage Point in 2002.  She is a graduate of West Virginia University and a licensed Social Worker.  Ms. Burton has been in the senior housing field for over two decades in the capacity of social services, admissions and sales.  The most rewarding part of the job for Ms. Burton is working with retirees and their families and having the opportunity to help them with life transitions.  Residents and families are always appreciative of Rebecca’s expert and compassionate guidance.

In her free time, Ms. Burton enjoys exercising, especially running, lifting and dancing, and doing volunteer work with non-profits. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and step-son.
