Residential Care Fees
To assure that individuals receive the assistance and level of care they need, residents of The Suites are continually evaluated by the professional nursing staff with extensive experience in senior health.
As a fully licensed residential care community (with services similar to an assisted living community), The Suites provides:
Basic Residential Care
- 24 hour assistance with daily living activities
- Supervision and administration of medicines by licensed nurses
- Health monitoring including vital signs, weight and nursing assessments
- Coordination of medical appointments
- Access to health and rehabilitation programs
- Routine dressing changes
In addition, optional services such as beauty or barber shop visits and guest accommodations are available on campus on a fee–for–service basis.
People who have not first been residents of The Village may move directly to The Suites, however residents of The Village at Heritage Point have priority access to residential care apartments. Monthly Service Fees for Basic Residential Care are $4,098 for an alcove apartment and $4,425 for a one–bedroom apartment.
Our 24–hour licensed nurse allows us to offer additional high-quality care for residents who require more specialized assistive or healthcare services. These specialized senior services are added to the monthly service fee and may include some assistance with incontinence issues, assistance with respiratory treatments or diabetes maintenance, and additional memory support for people with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia and cognitive deficits.
