You’ll choose from several apartment floor plans and enjoy living in a maintenance-free, apartment with many convenient features. Residents may furnish and decorate their homes with their personal belongings.

Are meals included?
The Monthly Service Fee includes one meal credit per day per person. At The Village, our seasonal dining menu is an experience to be savored, so we offer a discounted meal program for those residents who want to enjoy lunch and dinner on a regular basis. Residents’ guests are welcome to join them in the dining room for meals.
Are additional services available for residents?
For no additional fee, residents enjoy many complimentary services that help make life more convenient, such as move-in assistance, wireless Internet, community computers, notary service, a video and DVD library and use of a fax and copy machine. Services available for an additional fee include guest accommodations and meals, beauty/barber shop services, dry cleaning pick-up, private event catering and more.
How much does it cost to live at The Village at Heritage Point?
Residents make a Refundable Resident Deposit when they move in and pay a Monthly Service Fee thereafter. People who move to The Village gain an outstanding way of life at a cost that compares in value quite favorably to the cost of maintaining one’s own home!
What are the deposit options?
Residents may choose from among deposit plans ranging from a 95% refundable option to a 60% refundable option. Prospective residents may wish to consult their financial advisors to help select the deposit option best for their financial circumstances.

Will I be able to bring my automobile?
Of course! Parking is provided for each resident in the parking lots, and a limited amount of covered parking is available for an additional monthly fee.
Will I be able to bring my pet?
Small, well-behaved pets are allowed in residential living only and are limited to dogs, cats, birds and fish.

What healthcare services are available at The Village?
The Village at Heritage Point does not provide medical care to residential living residents. Residents may sign up for periodic Wellness Checks that may include height, weight, blood pressure and temperature. A schedule for Wellness Checks is published in advance. In addition to Wellness Checks, the nursing staff from The Suites is available to residential living residents for emergencies.
Residents of The Suites benefit from the care of licensed nursing personnel, receiving residential care. Several tiers of specialized services are also available as needed.
Will I need renters’ insurance when I move to The Village at Heritage Point?
The community carries insurance on its own property and liability insurance for accidents that occur in Common Areas. The Village at Heritage Point, however, is not responsible for the loss of a resident’s personal property. You should obtain renter’s insurance, personal property and liability insurance for your own protection.
Do residents have access to additional storage space?
To supplement the generous closet space within the apartments at The Village, an individual storage cage is allocated for each apartment home.
