About The Foundation:
Mon General Hospital Foundation is the official fund raising arm of Mon General Hospital and the Monongalia Health System. Created in 1976, the Mon General Foundation is located next to the Gift Shop on the 2nd Floor of the Hazel Ruby McQuain Tower.

What do we do?
The Foundation is a non-profit organization which provides a variety of programs to raise and manage funds that support Monongalia Health System's efforts to improve facilities, equipment and programs and to fund our community health career scholarships.
How do we do it?
The Foundation raises funds through a variety of gifts, donations and grants from the community including individuals, businesses, other foundations and non-profits.
Special events are a large part our fundraising efforts and these generate opportunites for corporate sponsorship as well as contributions of service. Click here to learn more about our current events.
In addition, the Foundation has various ongoing sales such as sports memoriablia items, Sarris Candy and our "Friday" sale. In the summer, we sell Kennywood, Idlewild, Sandcastle and Pittsburgh Zoo tickets at discounted prices. We also have special sales throughout the year including Fudgie Wudgie, thirty-one and others. How can you help?
A gift of health is one of the most enduring gifts you can give. When you give through the Foundation, you join thousands of others who know how good it feels to contribute to the health of our community. Gifts can be made by cash, check, money order or credit card. Payroll deductions are available for Mon Health System employees.
