They can be - at Mon General Hospital we've centralized our women's imaging services just inside the entrance of the hospital's Hazel Ruby McQuain Tower. The Women's Imaging Center provides outpatient diagnostic testing and minimally invasive procedures, including diagnostic and screening mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy, bone densitometry exams and breast ultrasound exams - all with the latest technology and equipment. At the Women's Imaging Center, one location serves many needs.

The Women's Imaging Center has close, convenient parking and mammography patients will appreciate the separate waiting and screening rooms. The goal is to get patients in and out as quickly and comfortably as possible. The center also features private registration booths and staffed waiting rooms. Patients are escorted from the time they arrive. The presence of hospital staff can be especially comforting to women who are nervous or simply curious about a procedure.

And, for mothers-to-be, Mon General Hospital's Hazel Ruby McQuain Birth Center features birthing suites, with a maxi-care nursery and well baby nursery. The Birth Center was designed under the Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum (LDRP) concept, in which a woman having a routine labor and delivery remains in the same room throughout her stay along with her newborn. The Birth Center is located on the hospital's 5th Floor.
