Mon General Hospital FastCare at Giant Eagle has entered into a partnership with
eScreen, Inc., to become an active member of the eScreen Occupational
Health Network (EOHN), the technology-enabled network for comprehensive
drug and alcohol testing management. This will allow Mon General
Hospital FastCare to offer drug testing and screening services to area employers.
eScreen
is the developer, manufacturer and marketer of the eScreen Drugs of
Abuse Screening System. eScreen offers the first instant, automated,
on-site drug-testing device, which provides negative results within
minutes versus the industry standard of forty-eight to seventy-two
hours.
eScreen’s system uses advanced proprietary technology,
including the eCup™ and eReader™, and is able to perform the functions
of EMIT laboratory screening at the point of sample collection. The
eScreen family of products includes the MyeScreen.com application, which
enables customers to instantly access and manage employee test results,
in real time, via the Internet.
The partnership between Mon
General Hospital FastCare and eScreen creates powerful product and service
options for local companies in the north central West Virginia market
seeking to incorporate workplace drug testing into their organizations.
It also provides instant testing alternatives for those who want to
enhance their current programs and protocols.
eScreen, Inc.
develops and markets employment screening solutions for hiring and
maintaining efficient workforces. This technology creates an electronic,
web-based network for businesses seeking faster drug test and
background check results via paperless transactions. For more
