While the hospital does not assume responsibility for personal items lost by patients or visitors, every reasonable effort will be made to find items reported missing. Report missing items to your nurse. 

To turn in a found item or check on or claim a lost item, contact our Security department:

• Dial 304-598-1531 from your mobile phone
• Dial 1531 from a patient room
• Ask your nurse to have a security officer paged
