Send a Care Card Greeting to a Hospital Inpatient

We will do our best to deliver care cards within 24 hours. All cards ordered over the weekend will be delivered on Monday.

Fill out the form below to send a personal Care Card e-greeting to a Mon Health Medical Center inpatient. This free service allows you to stay in touch and offer words of support and encouragement to your family member or friend while he or she is a patient at Mon Health Medical Center.

If you'd like to send a gift (balloons, flowers, magazines, candy, stuffed animals, etc.) to the patient, please contact the Mon Health Medical Center Gift Shop by calling 304-598-1322. A Gift Shop Volunteer will help you to select a gift, and credit card payments can be made over the phone. Your gift will be delivered to the patient.

The content of your Care Card message is not confidential and will be seen by staff members of Mon General Hospital. We reserve the right to not deliver Care Cards with inappropriate content.
