Short Term Disability or Sick Leave provides employees with income in the event of a non-work related illness or injury.

Long Term Disability provides financial protection in the event of a disabling injury or illness that exceeds six months.

Group Term Life Insurance/AD&D provides employees with a base amount of Life and AD&D coverage at no cost. Employees may purchase additional coverage at low group rates.

Pre-Tax Savings Plans such as the 401(k) or 403(b) allow employees to save money on a pre-tax basis. This savings method allows the employee to lower his or her taxable income. The money placed in the plan is not subject to income tax until it is withdrawn.

Retirement Plan Each affiliate provides retirement programs to help employees plan for their future retirement needs.

Flexible Benefit Credit, to help offset the cost of benefits, is provided to all benefit eligible employees regardless of whether or not the employee chooses a Health System offered health insurance plan or an external health plan
